Return and refunds of purchased items

The seller is obligated to deliver the correct product(s) corresponding to the description of the products found on the BebaBox website. The image that illustrates the product on the website does not have to match the actual look of the product (for example, a difference in colors, design, etc).

In the event that the customer is dissatisfied with the purchased product, the complaint can be sent to the following e-mail address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.; In addition, you can send your complaint in writing to: BebaBox d.o.o., Savska cesta 106, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. Immediately after receiving your complaint, we will acknowledge the receipt in writing, and the written objection will be answered within 15 days. Therefore the written complaint should include at least your first name, last name and address.

The buyer is entitled to a refund in the following cases:

- the delivery of goods that were not ordered

- the delivery of goods with a passed expiry date

- the delivery of goods with a defect or damage

In the case of a justified complaint, the buyer has the right to terminate the order with the refund of the amount paid or the replacement for the correct, undamaged and valid product(s).

When returning products, a copy of the invoice must be included, and a written notice of cancellation of the order with the account number to which we must make a refund and solely in its original and undamaged packaging. Otherwise, we will not be able to process the refund.

The buyer has the right to cancel the order under the Consumer Protection Act. This right is realized within the deadline and in the manner prescribed by law.
